Making the right choice - Choosing the right system of underfloor heating for you is not as difficult as you might think. Simply use the table below, developed by us, to help you identify the most suitable system for you:

System - There are options for this situation, including 'heat board' which is an aluminium board with pre-set grooves to house the heating cable. This system requires advice so you will need to contact us for details. |
System - If no screed is present, you can use our heavy duty in-screed cable. If installing onto a timber floor, you may be able to use our 'heatboard' system & overlay this with thin plywood. This system requires advice so you will need to contact us for details. |

Note (Limited Floor Space) |
The effectiveness of underfloor heating is related to the ratio of room size to available floor space. Modern kitchen and bathroom design can limit the amount of useable floor space available (after deducting area taken up by units, baths etc), in such instances underfloor heating may not always be able to provide the sole heat source for the room. We can provide solutions tailored to your needs (including heated towel rails), please contact us for advice. |

Primary heating In most cases CozyHeat systems can be used as the principal /main source of room heating. The effectiveness of underfloor heating is dependent on the room having adequate levels of insulation. If you are installing our products in an old, poorly insulated property, we strongly recommend that you contact us for advice or have a heat-loss calculation done to ensure the system will meet your requirements.
