Underfloor Heating for Under Wood/Laminate

Carbon heating film - The perfect solution for heating wood or laminate floors.

Our carbon underfloor heating film is ideally suited to installation beneath wood or laminate floors. The film is usually placed over 6mm Depron floor insulation (12mm if possible in rooms with un-insulated rooms) , a combined thickness of just 6.5mm!

CozyHeat carbon heating film provides effective room heating with a negligible impact on available living space making it ideal for use in both new buildings, renovations or refurbishments, where floor height and wall space can be vitally important!

Heat Output - The film is designed as a ‘total room' heating system, giving luxurious and even consistent heating coverage beneath the whole floor. CozyHeat carbon heating film is available in two power outputs, 130w per sqm for ordinary home heating & 160w per sqm for conservatories where higher heat losses are experienced.

Simple to install – Read the step-by-step installation instructions to see why this truly DIY product requires only the most rudimentary of skills to install. The only specialist assistance you may require is an electrician to connect it up to the mains for you!

Quality – The heating film is manufactured in the UK in a BEAB approved factory & has been used worldwide for many years. The system is simple, robust and extremely reliable. It comes with a standard TEN-YEAR manufacturer's warranty, but should last a lifetime!

Digital control – Control of the heating system is via our simple to operate, digital thermostat which has a 7-day/24 hr timer built in. The thermostat is simple to operate, unobtrusive (yet stylish) & takes up the same space as a standard light switch.

1 Meter Wide Carbon now Available - Carbon heating film is now available in 3 widths, 102cm, 53cm & 40cm - our design/sales team use the best combination of film to fit your room & for the least number of connections for your electrician.

Typical examples would be:
320cm wide room = 3 x 100cm strips
370cm wide room = 3 x 100cm + 1 x 53cm strip

We can make the 'cold' lead connections to any size, so you don’t have to have any cables extended, they simply connect at the push fit connectors supplied with the kit for the least amount of work possible.
