Delivery - Electric Underfloor Heating

Delivery is free of charge. For orders placed either after 1 o’clock or at weekends, goods will be dispatched at the beginning of the next working day. Goods ordered before 1 o’clock on a working day will be dispatched that day for a 2-3 working day delivery.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery for our carbon heating systems as each system is made to measure from your diagrams.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to adverse weather conditions, road conditions or after the purchased item has left the building.

Any items which are requested to be delivered to an address different to the billing address will go through a process of authentication. This will involve sending a letter to the billing address requesting a code be supplied to Cozyheat Ltd in advance of the stock being dispatched. This is to protect our customer by ensuring no act of fraud is being carried out.
