We endeavour to answer all calls and emails as they are received. Where necessary, we undertake to produce quotes within the hour; for large bespoke design project work we will negotiate a deadline with the customer and stick to it!

Our range is constantly expanding as we look for new products. We currently sell cable kits, cable mats and carbon-heating systems, all of which come with one of the best digital thermostatic controllers currently available. Our product range comprises of market leading brands of insulation, tools and fittings and accessories to provide a one-stop shop for all your under floor heating needs.

How to buy?

We offer both e-sales through our online shop. This facility allows the customer who knows the product they require to place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Secure payment for online orders is processed through ProtX supported by the Lloyds Bank. Using the very latest levels of credit card security and encryption you can rest assured you can buy online with confidence.

We also offer a tele-sales facility for those that prefer a more personal approach and can take most Credit Cards including American Express.

Opening hours

Normal office hours are between 8 am and 6 pm. A full sales and support service is available each day up to 6 pm. Any messages left outside these times will be answered as a priority the following morning.

Delivery Forecasts

For orders placed either after 1 o’clock or at weekends, goods will be dispatched at the beginning of the next working day. Goods ordered before 1 o’clock on a working day will be dispatched for next working day delivery.
