Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule For all 'stock items' we aim to deliver your order right away, usually within 2 working days (this excludes the carbon film which can take up to 7-10 days as it is made to order. Overseas orders will take a little longer, please contact us for the transit time to your particular destination. We are not responsible for the schedules of the couriers once products have left our warehouse.
Any items which are requested to be delivered to an address different to
the billing address will go through a process of authentication. This
will involve sending a letter to the billing address requesting a code
be supplied to Cozyheat Ltd in advance of the stock being
dispatched. This is to protect our customer by ensuring no act of fraud
is being carried out.
Back Orders We hold one of the largest stocks of underfloor heating in the UK & in the unlikely even that your item is not in stock, we will always contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is applicable & is shown in the pricing on our shopping cart. All orders outside the EU are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero - Note: we do not currently ship to the USA or Canada .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Returns Policy We are able to refund or replace any item returned if it is found to be faulty or defective. None faulty items returned will be refunded provided that they are found to be in a re-saleable condition, less our carriage costs & a small administration/re-stocking charge.
